Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NPSC Prep collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we only collect what the service needs to work, and we don't sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account details. The email address you sign up with and your login session, used to authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Subscription & payment. Your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Razorpay handles that securely on their systems.
• Practice data. Your quiz answers, scores, and study progress, so we can show your results and track how you're doing over time.

How we use it

• To create and run your account and give you access to the material you've subscribed to.
• To process your subscription and send essential account or billing emails.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't run third-party analytics that profile you. Your practice data is tied to your account and is not shared with other users.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run NPSC Prep. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Razorpay — subscription payments.

These providers have their own privacy policies covering how they handle data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@npscprep.com. Some records tied to completed payments may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

Eligibility

NPSC Prep is intended for exam aspirants and is not directed at children under 13. Please don't use the service if you are under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated by email.
