These terms govern your use of NPSC Prep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

The service

NPSC Prep provides practice questions, notices, and study material to help you prepare for Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) examinations. It is a study aid. We are not affiliated with the NPSC or any government body, and our content is not official examination material.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person — please don't share your login or let others use your subscription.

Subscriptions & billing

• A free trial lets you evaluate the service before any charge.
• After the trial, the paid plan is ₹99/month, billed through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because a free trial lets you fully evaluate the service before you pay, all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you no longer want to be billed, cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content; not to share your account; and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, and other material on NPSC Prep belong to us and are provided for your personal study only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantee about exam results, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Studying with NPSC Prep does not guarantee success in any examination.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NPSC Prep is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
